Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing at Fort Eustis
UEPH at Fort Eustis is a three-story housing facility consisting of two main buildings joined by a commons building. MSTB Cx Group is performing the HVAC & Controls, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, Mass Communication, Lighting, Domestic Hot Water, Air Barrier, and Plumbing Systems Commissioning in pursuit of LEED Silver Certification. With more than 100,000 square feet of conditioned space, UEPH is the largest LEED-certified Project on Fort Eustis to date.
